The owner in the Aylmer, Quebec is then more terrible! She doesn't know how to talk to customers and when they get you the wrong order, she told us that it's not her problem and if we're not happy, go somewhere else... Never again View all feedback.
I went there for lunch with a friend who has a new born.The staff was very friendly and bilingual.The menu had a lot of choice.We ordered the chicken pesto panini and the avocado club.The order came out in good time and it was good.There was a lot of food.The coffee was really good and severs kept coming around asking if we wanted more and if asked we need anything.My friend was able to nurse her baby without any problem from staff or customers. Wow, normal people !Would recommend it and the restaurant was very clean.All in all a great experience!H
It was my first and last time. $15 breakfast wasted!!! Omelet was terrible, dry and tasteless. Coffee was even worse!

Went to Ben & Florentin for breakfast and had difficulty to make a choice. There was to many I want to try. Stop my choice on the Benedict Geneva and was delicious. Will go back for sure
The food was good except my waffles that was soft and not crispy. The kids ate very well, which is a good sign. The big problem is the service that's pretty average. the waitress would have better to smile more and especially be pleasant. It takes time to get used too. The restaurant was far from full, about 50.% and it took a crazy time to receive our plates. It may be the cook too.Bef, good food but boff service.
