What Tony McNeil doesn't like about Brasseur Du Temps (bdt):
I will start this by saying we all REALLY enjoyed the beer. Belgian IPA, West Coast IPA, Mexican lager, all great. Service was also fantastic. Prompt, polite and accommodating. But the food.. oh the food. Where to begin?Vegetarian pizza: bland, no salt, DROWNING in olive oil.Beef tartare: bland, no salt, it was room temperature and almost a bit brown looking. They were both 10/10, but wouldn’t spend my money on anything from the kitchen. Room for improvement.

Their patio is stunning especially after dusk and their staff is always helpful with a recommendation or a creative way of describing the new rotation.I've been to a handful of the pubs around the NCR and this one is the absolute bees knees. The best part? Not a single television in sight.Once you're finished, walk through their free museum which focuses on Quebec's role in brewing during Canada's prohibition.
Nice brew pub with plenty of beer choices. Food is great here too and the service is friendly. There used to be duck options here but I did not see them the last time I went. Pity as the duck salad and confit were great!
It wasn't so busy but still took a while to place our order. The location is nice, by the river. Food was good but not fantastic, which makes it overpriced.
Phenomenal food and consistant efficient costumer service. This place never disappoints.I love that the staff is diverse.Equally male and female and different ethnicities. All Ottawa has is white blonde waitresses. It’s important when costumers of all races feel seen at the place they are eating.I will always keep coming back.
