Dairy Queen - Gatesville

There were a lot of mistakes with our order, was told that we were incorrect...despite having a receipt. Also, we were told we couldn't receive any condiments...what?!

Had to explain why if something was not available then they couldn't charge me to have it. Then they still forgot to make some of the food. The chicken tenders were are dark and hard as tree bark.The mens room was filled with flies, the floors were dirty, napkin piles holding up broken tables that were all disgusting. The employees were loud and unprofessional.

Took way to long for our food, and it still wasn't good at all. I will never go back awful service and food.

Consistently FRESH tasting burgers at every location we've been to and we travel a lot.

I had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru after I placed my order. When I got my order my onion rings were all burnt.
