My son has lived here for... read more Update His AC was fixed the next day before noon. Still no communication from the property manager but at least the issue is resolved. My son has lived here for 7 years and up until recently had no issues. He has now been without AC since June 11 and has no communication from the property manager since June 22. There is never anyone in the office. Maintenance was seen last week painting door frames not sure how that is a priority over someone’s HVAC that is included in their lease.

I sent several emails and tried to call to schedule an appointment to discuss the application process only to be ignored. Even tried to stop in a few times. No one is ever there. I don’t understand the terrible service given all of the other positive reviews.
