Great cafe. Good prices, and there is a vegan menu . I paid £7 for the sandwich in the photo, which is the falafel, vegan cheese, and chutney sandwich.
Really nice coffee and cake. Was super busy but staff were very nice and friendly.
Sadly dog owners spoil our enjoyment by allowing their dogs onto the seats and hence their faces at table height, yuck. The food was great, decent price and the staff really nice but I don't own a dog and have a severe pet allergy so dislike dogs being allowed in an eating environment, shame they can't keep the animals outside.
Lovely food and coffee, excellent location overlooking the staithes on the river
What a gem! Everything about this place felt right atmosphere, staff, food and the view. Stumbled on it by chance whilst checking out the staithes. Its a bit if a trek from Cumbria but we’ll be back. Loved the little touches like free coffees for those less fortunate or in need of cheering up.
