I would just like to say the lady in the cafe serving the food was very rude with no customer service skills the way she spoke to me you would think she was pur... read more I would just like to say the lady in the cafe serving the food was very rude with no customer service skills the way she spoke to me you would think she was purchasing my lunch for me not even a please or thank you Maybes the staff on the tills could give her some training as they were lovely and after a brilliant experience with jenny at the furniture department this is such a let down to your company manners costs nothing and could make a big difference to the customers experience

Not very good customer service there so come on ikea letting your team down will I come again ...NO !!
