The resturant was busy so we just used the cafe at the end after the till and took our food out to the car. The chips were really nice. View all feedback.
What Howard-Liverpool doesn't like about Ikea:
On the evening I visited there was very little available to eat. I really didnt want meatballs again! Long queue and very few staff. The queue to pay was as bad so food got even colder. Not usual Ikea standard poor View all feedback.
Ordered fish and chips for three birriani and also a meatballs meal everything except the meatballs had to be fetched only macaroni cheese for the infant we had with us we were in the que for ages only one person serving and the other people in the line were not happy food was not good although chips had to be fetched they were cold after standing in a dish for goodness knows how long my daughter had to stand and wait for birriani to come obviously more people need to be serving when it’s bang on lunchtime won’t be going back
Today, I received kind assistance from Terry at the store. I have mobility issues and he helped me with my purchases to the car. He was very cheerful. Then I went to the restaurant, where Aly kindly took my order and brought the food to my table. The girls at the register and cleaning tables were all very kind and helpful. They are a credit to Ikea. I would recommend avoiding shopping on Saturdays if possible, as it can get very busy.
We do like to eat at IKEA Restaurants, quality and cost are very good. We enjoyed our Breakfast here, it's always a pleasure to eat in a clean relaxing atmosphere.
I haven't visited this restaurant in a long time because I thought it wasn't to my liking, but I was pleasantly surprised. The store is big, clean, and well-organized, with plenty of helpful staff. There's a decent car park and a fantastic little takeaway at the end of the tills. We bought some items, but I would highly recommend the hotdog and chips - they were cheap and hit the spot. We will definitely be returning soon. Well done, Ikea!
During a recent trip to Ikea to purchase furniture, my partner and I decided to grab lunch. Being vegetarian and watching our weight, we opted for the pasta with tomato sauce. Upon receiving our dishes, I immediately had reservations about my choice but decided to give it a chance. The pasta appeared akin to baby food, drowned in a thick orange sauce with a strong garlic flavor. One bite confirmed my suspicions - the pasta was incredibly overcooked, turning to mush in my mouth. Disappointed with the taste and texture, we couldn't even stomach another bite. I returned the full plates to the cashier, who promptly allowed me to choose something else. I ended up with a couple of sandwiches, which were much more enjoyable. This was easily the worst dining experience I've had at Ikea, and I would gladly pay more for higher quality fare.
