Not able to as appa... read more Asked for brown bun told yes no problem then came in white. Asked to change then told we don't do brown??? Asked to plug in phone to charge. Not able to as apparently trips the whole electrics in the business. Perhaps the electrics need checking or upgrading?? Not offered apology or a loyalty card. Other customers were offered a loyalty card as I sat and waited for my connection bus. Soya latte was nice but customer service goes a long way in this extrenely competitive buiness. Sadly I won't return based on my experience.

The toasted panini I ordered was the best I've had in a long time. The prices are affordable and the atmosphere is cheerful, making it a great choice for a casual meal.
