I simply said well it’s your loss, only to be shouted at as I left the place. Very poor customer service and should move into 21st century with contactless payment instead of avoiding tax man!

The chips were ice-cold and the portion size was meager for the price - hardly any chips at all. The quality has significantly declined. A friend advised me to dine elsewhere, but I didn't listen, and now I regret it. The value for money here is seriously lacking, as the portion sizes are terrible. I will not be returning, and I suggest you do the same. The restaurant has become complacent and dropped the ball on this one.

I explained to the owners' son that a male employee had served me last time and the portion was much smaller. He insisted that all portions were the same, but I disagreed. He then remarked, "You can't please everyone." I clarified that I was not complaining, I just preferred the consistent portion size from the female staff member. I ended up ordering a more expensive mixed meal, with the son promising a larger portion to make up for the previous shortfall. I was surprised when he said this would cost me an extra three pounds. He laughed as I expressed my disappointment, and I realized I would not be returning to this restaurant. It seemed they were more concerned with their own interests than customer satisfaction. Another loyal customer lost to Robb's.
