Chutneys - Gateshead

Although this is hidden round the back of the high street, its a very clean restaurant, staff are friendly and very attentive. Food is excellent, we have been at least 5 times now trying different things never had a bad meal. We never waited long for our food. Would highly recommend Chutneys.

We have visited this restaurant several times since the lockdown, and have also ordered takeout with friends. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. The staff is very helpful and they make sure that we have everything we need.

Just really bad innit wont ever go again there was also pubes in my curry and then one of the staff spat in my food it was disgraceful.

Great little restaurant, the staff are always welcoming, friendly and attentive. The food is well presented and really tasty and we are always given a free dish to try which is a nice little touch! The food is reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend going to Chutneys if you haven’t been before.

I have been frequenting Chutneys for years and recently ordered from them again after a break. The food was as amazing as ever! I highly recommend it to everyone - it's a must try!
