While some diners have experienced cold food and poor service, others have found the food to be excellent, the atmosphere welcoming, and the prices affordable. The servers have been described as friendly and attentive. The portion sizes are generous, making it a satisfying dining experience overall. Despite some cleanliness concerns and mixed service reviews, Crossroads Diner continues to be a popular spot with locals and visitors alike, offering a cozy and welcoming dining experience.
