What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
Worst Whataburger I was ever. The lady who claims that she is Franchise Square is an absolutely terrible person. She doesn't care about her clients or their employees. She was fucked in her back and didn't help her, then when she asked to come forward after 10 minutes when I didn't get my order yet, she said she couldn't come because she was too busy. Asked and confirmed no spicy sauce of course there were spicy sauces. Order 12.75. 20.75 given and it extremely confused the young man. He tried to return itFood: 3/5
I know it’s a made to order chain, but having to spend 45 minutes in a drive thru with 7 cars like tonight is ridiculous. Sadly this is a normal occurrence here, which is why I have to go in for orders placed online and wait longer inside past the designated pickup time. Todays adventure was made even worse by having to run in to grab condiments that were forgotten after the long wait in 24• weather. The drive thru lady said she thought she had put some in the bag, I responded it didn’t appear so. I got the ketchup and bid them a good night. Get home to find no ketchup outside of what I went in for. The fries were already cold, tasting like old oil and chemicals, despite being in a heated car seat and the heater on full blast even when I went inside. Add to that we only live 2 blocks away. The large coke had ice when “none” was requested, and the bacon burger had a huge glob of mustard when it was supposed to have mayo. Also the fry cartons weren’t full, a slightly good thing only since they were as described. In total, trip was 2 out of 5 stars, very disappointing.

It’s been than 30 mins. The receipt shows transaction done at 7:36. It’s 8:06 pm. I still haven’t gotten my order. The front said they cooked the wrong chicken. Honestly it’s not worth the time.
This particular Whataburger always serve fresh food and the customer service is very inviting. Definitely would suggest this establishment.Food: 5/5
