The only way to arrive here in our estimation is on a canal boat on the Canal du Midi. Pull up, tie up and head to the restaurant for a meal. You will love it.....

A perfect setting but weather turned so we eat indoors which was small but what a great mealOur first visit and we are now hookedWe choose the a la carte menu a... read more A perfect setting but weather turned so we eat indoors which was small but what a great mealOur first visit and we are now hookedWe choose the a la carte menu and we were so blown away by both the quality of the food and the innovative dishesThe razor clams were simply cooked in garlic and parsley but wow perfect they melted in the mouth The duck salad was perfect and a breath of fresh air compared to other similar salads in the area The main course was also superb the duck again was sublime and the steak perfect as was the burger I know this will seem a strange main but was worth the risk not like any burger before really great and cooked rare (my choice) was fabulous The wine was also so good and great value for money when you taste the qualityThe deserts were also as good as the other courses we choose a take on Banofe pie which was worth a tryFinally the staff were enthusiastic and a joyWhat a find alongside the canal de midi
