Order through the app. Anytime you order at the speaker your drink is wrong. The morning employee acts like you are trying to get something free when you point out the error. Drinks have gone down hill no flavor View all feedback.

My order was prepared incorrectly, and it appears that the staff struggles with following instructions. Also, why does my coffee have a spicy flavor? This needs to be addressed; it's really not enjoyable!
I arrived just 10 minutes before closing and requested to see the menu. The staff member replied with a snarky comment, reminding me that they close at 3:30. Feeling hurried, I swiftly made my order, only to be informed that they couldn't fulfill it because the blenders had already been cleaned. It's disappointing that they stay open until a certain time but don't seem willing to serve customers until then. The employees could have conveyed this in a more friendly way.
Our drinks are consistently outstanding, and most of the staff is wonderful! However, during our visit today at 1:20, the woman at the window was not very friendly at all.
I've been going to this coffee shop regularly for a month now, and it has quickly become my favorite spot. The ambiance is clean and welcoming, and the service is consistently fast. The staff is fantastic and provides excellent service every time I visit.
