Going to the main desk and getting cleaner, to clean ourselves... read more We checked into a room with sticky urine stains on the floor and on front of toilet in bathroom. Going to the main desk and getting cleaner, to clean ourselves rather than changing rooms at midnight. Not only was there no apologies for any inconvenience, but there was no mention of it upon check out, no thanks for doing taking ca vac re of it yourself, yet there was no issue charging full price for the room. This is not about a discount, this review is about basic customer service principals. If a customer paying almost $200 for a room is unhappy with its cleanliness and takes care of it on their own. The least that should happen is a thank you and or an apology for the situation.

This hotel was clean and within walking distance to all amenities. Had to physically unplug it ??????????? Front desk workers were polite and the breakfast wasdelicious.
