Weingut Tschermonegg was our first stop first busc... read more We are Americans who visit Graz for a few days and we rented a car for a day trip to South Styrian Wine Road. Weingut Tschermonegg was our first stop first buschenschank experience. The girls were so nice to us, although we don't speak German and offer us an English menu. Food, wine, service were wonderful. The view is also amazing. Very recommended!

You also have a perfec... read more This winery was recommended to me and I never doubted that I am the best place in this region. I spent 5 nice nights here with my family. You also have a perfectly English-speaking service here, which is quite rare in South Styria. Owners were very pleasant and helpful all the time. I've got to mention the fabulous little bushes here and the big pool. Winery is high, so the environment is beautiful here. And the wines? Yeah, wines are special. I have with six boxes of very nice wine for reasonable price. I hope I'll be back someday.

Both are best enjoyed on their terrace, with wonderful views of the vineyards of southern Styria. The guest rooms are also pleasant and the inn offers a heated outdoor pool and sauna on the hill behind...the house, overlooking the valley. A very local and enjoyable experience.
