Zero accommodation despite medical certificates and we had to pay 70% cancellation fee. Receptionist totally unfriendly and not willing to compromise. Always made excuses to her boss, but didn't think it was worth the effort to describe the problem to him in order to find an accommodating solution. As a bonus to the cancellation invoice, we were sent this text “Thank you for your stay and hope you enjoyed your stay with us” ‍ How impersonal
