Cute little privately run restaurant in Quartino. No menu, fresh home-made dishes are offered daily. The homemade gnocchi with Gorgonzola sauce or ravioli are excellent. The fresh polenta was great, the rabbit was delicious. The roast beef also looked good. The fresh bread tasted very good. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Grotto La Strega:
We arrived at 18:20. Sat down outside. One other customer present. Waited 5 minutes and then went inside to disturb the patterns and let them know we were there. About another 2 minutes later, the woman came out to us and announced that they wouldn’t start cooking for another 10 minutes. No offer of a drink or menu or a few olives or small snack to pass the time maybe. It was more like just sit there and don’t annoy... View all feedback.
The Grotto La Strega is a hidden gem! The owner Katja is a passionate cook. Her menu is small and fresh, the wines a good variety. Every dish we tasted was delicious. We love the Cognillio, the Gulasch, the Osombuco, the starter with cheese and meat cuts and her desserts. And it’s so cozy that we enjoyed romantic couple dinners and birthdays with friends here. If you are nearby treat yourself good and enjoy Katjas cooking skills.
Excellent restaurant, I highly recommend. It’s small, cozy, the owner is very nice and the food wonderful.
Wir haben abends zu viert exzellent gegessen. Katja schlägt ein paar Menüs vor, welche nach Wunsch angepasst werden. Preis/Leistung ist absolut top, zu diesen Preisen essen ist rar. Kleines Restaurant, reservieren notwendig

Went there on Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. unfortunately closed. Unfortunately the opening times no longer add up
