I recently dined at a Japanese restaurant located inside the Radisson Blue hotel. Situated on the top floor, the restaurant boasts large glass windows that offer stunning views of the city and river below. During my visit, I ordered a variety of sushi, miso soup, tuna tataki, and for dessert, a unique chocolate maki and freshly prepared strawberries.
