La Colina is one of the best Italian restaurants I have been to in Galway, Ireland. The staff are charming, friendly, and efficient, and the homemade food is delectable. La Colina is one of the best Italian restaurants I have been to in Galway, Ireland. The staff are charming, friendly, and efficient, and the homemade food is delectable. My personal favorites are the Polpette in Umido (Meatballs in a spicy tomato sauce) for a starter, followed by the Spaghetti Carbonara. When paired with a full-bodied red wine, it creates a culinary delight. Unfortunately, I have never made it to dessert as I am always too full by that point. The desserts look amazing though, so maybe next time. I highly recommend trying out La Colina - you won't be disappointed.
The authentic Italian cuisine was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant if you are seeking flavorful food.
If you enjoy fresh pasta, pizza, or risotto, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit for its great food menu and service.
This is the second time we have visited and the food was just as amazing the second time around. We opted for the antipasto to share as a starter and each element was mouthwatering. The king prawn, shrimp and mussel linguine was also delicious. I would definitely recommend a visit to this restaurant when visiting Salthill.
Ohmygosh. Just had the best meal there. Really enjoyed it and the staff was lovely.
