An incredible experience! We're from Spain and have been to many Michelin-starred restaurants and other high-quality establishments, and this chef has truly surprised us. Our sincerest congratulations. Spectacular flavors, an amazing setting, and we had to have seconds of the dessert. Keep it up, and you'll achieve everything you set your mind to.
Simply fantastic! Someone here is working on a Michelin star. The food was fantastic and surprising, and simply an experience; my palate was delighted beyond belief! The only thing was that the dishes were served too slowly at the beginning; there was too much time between them. But it picked up speed towards the end. I think that 's one of the few things the restaurant is still missing to earn a star. The music is beautiful and, together with the decor, creates a unique ambiance. We were even told a bit about the restaurant 's history, and the waiter was super nice, charming, and funny, and chatted with us very pleasantly. Simply an all-around fantastic experience—so much more than just going out to eat.
From the start to the end it was an experience. A safari of dishes mafe with a chef with a salient eye for detail. The orient express carriage takes you away, enabling a step out of reality and providing the escapism we often all so crave. Led by Ian, the restaurant manager, he is endowed with his exceptional front of house team. Sophie was excellent also. She could really put a spin on the explanations and the staff seemed so engaged. The team are so well drilled and they know their product inside out. As regards the food offering, we thought this was exceptional. Service was razor sharp. From the quality of the food down to the chefs magic with herbs, the provenance of the dishes, the cooking styles and just the crockery, cutlery and general magic that prevaded throughout the experience. If you like a treat or like fine dining. This is a must do. We opted for the wine pairing. It was sublime. Take a bow.
Bring on the Michelin Stars! The food was amazing! All the courses utilized local resources. The dishes were all beautiful and delicious. Chef Angelo himself gave us an after dinner tour of the kitchen with such confidence and pride. We were warmly introduced to the Sous and Pastry Chefs. The kitchen was a mixture of an art studio and chemistry lab designed to serve dishes both pleasing to the eye and the pallet. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, striking a perfect balance between elegance and comfort. Soft lighting, tasteful décor, and an attentive staff set the stage for what for a dining experience on the Orient Express. What truly set this restaurant apart was not only the quality of the food but the way it was presented—each plate was a canvas, and each dish a work of art. The service was impeccable, with knowledgeable servers who were happy to offer thoughtful wine pairings and describe each course in detail. In every way, this restaurant delivered an exceptional dining experience. Whether you’re a devoted foodie or someone simply looking for a memorable night out, this place deserves a spot at the top of your list. I can’t wait to return.
After years of being a bit forgotten about on the Galway restaurant scene, the reinvented Pullman is a wonderful addition. The food (tasting menu) is delicious, the service is great, and the venue is quirky without being too gimmicky. It has all of the ingredients to become a destination restaurant in the West.
