I had a birthday surprise here at the house hotel and I have to say the service,The people,They went out of there way to help with the surprise really is unmatched it was a great experience and I highly recommend going here

Good clean rooms, great location.

Great location and friendly staff but not an enjoyable stay. Damp smell in the hallways, worn out carpet in lift, tired looking bedroom lacked a cosy feel and the undersized glass door to the ensuite needs replacing with a proper door. We skipped the buffet breakfast as it did not look very appetising. I can only conclude that some rooms are better than others based on some of the positive reviews. As others have said it felt more like a hostel than a 4 star hotel. Needs a major face-lift before we would consider returning.
