The restaurant received mixed reviews from customers. While some were impressed with the excellent service, delicious bar food, and warm atmosphere, others were disappointed with long wait times, high prices, and poor quality meals. The bar staff received praise for their friendly service, especially Steven (the Kiwi), who went above and beyond for guests. Overall, the restaurant seems to offer a range of dining experiences, from great bar food to relaxed dinners, but inconsistency in service and food quality may lead to customer dissatisfaction. It is suggested that the restaurant focus on improving service efficiency and menu quality to regain customer trust and loyalty.
We decided to try Enclosure Bistro because of its extensive menu, but unfortunately, we were let down by the high prices considering the quality of both the food and service. Our group of around 10 people came for lunch and ended up waiting nearly three hours for our meals, despite the restaurant not being busy. The service was lacking—we had to repeatedly ask for basic items like water, salt, pepper, and dessert menus, and no one took our drink orders. Overall, we left disappointed and can’t recommend this place. In particular, the burgers felt overpriced since they were served only with greasy fries. It would be better if they included coleslaw or a salad, or at least adjusted the price to match the portion size and quality.
Our server, Connor, was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious. The lamb shank was tender and fell right off the bone, while the seafood chowder featured fresh Galway Bay hake that was exceptional. I highly recommend this bistro!
Enclosure Bistro is a lively bar with a great menu. We enjoyed our dinner at the bar and would definitely recommend it as a dining spot. Both the chicken and fish dishes were excellent. The service, however, was a bit lacking.
Enclosure Bistro provides affordable meals alongside welcoming service. The dishes are fresh, served warm, and flavorful, making it an excellent choice for hotel guests dining on the premises.
I had an amazing experience at Enclosure Bistro and loved the lively atmosphere, as well as the diverse team representing different cultures from around the globe!
