Stayed here a few times already this year,so returning customers speaks for itself. Dad Kids. Everything top notch, from the room,pool, restaurant and staff. Can highly recommend this for any length of stay. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Clybaun:
very poor service. I have a week ago to book a table, was said that only a walk, but it should not be a problem with the week. Conversely, and was shown to a table, many available when asked for hotel room, no we were...kitchen under pressure so only residents of hungry children with few options available in front of location. get their messaging or personal training right. The employees were great like breda and their staff were too early. avoid the manager with glasses called george, which seems to work evenings. he is blunt and undisturbed to say the least and others have noticed this. it took 50 minutes to serve us a bowl suppe, and he was outraged when we pointed out. room immaculate and recently renovated.
If they had a baptism in the hotel, they could not have been more helpful. eating was nice and plentiful, the chef even came out to make sure we were happy. the central enclosed garden was a brilliant place for the children to play while we were sitting in the winter garden. a fantastic day has improved only by clybaun.
Very well made a mistake in our order, but sorted it
Hotel apart from galway with all the comforts possible, great to spend a week quietly. has a gym, swimming pool and everything. the rooms are large and modern. the great staff.
Nice hotel and food and good service but outside Galway and hard to get to places.
