When it comes to vegan choices, I believe they could offer more variety. As an international coffee chain, they should update their sandwich selection to cater to vegans. Currently, they only have one vegan option, but at least it's available. Other coffee shops of similar caliber do not offer any vegan options at all.

However, I have noticed that the outdoor area is sometimes littered with empty plates and cups and doesn't always get cleaned up promptly. I tried the Falafel wrap, which was decently sized for the price but tasted pretty average. I love the atmosphere and interior of the restaurant, although service can be a bit slow since you have to wait at the counter for your coffee and wrap to be prepared. The view of Eyre Square from the restaurant is beautiful.
