Honestly, I believe this is the best pizza I have ever had. It is our go-to spot for dining out. The margherita pizza here is exceptional, it's difficult to put into words how delicious it is - you just have to try it. The focaccia bread is also a pleasant surprise. This place is a hidden gem. If you are looking for Italian pizza in Galway, you must try this place. I have a full pizza and I couldn't fit it in the front of the car, I had to put it on the backseats. The base is light and airy, fresh mozzarella and herbs, the sauce is fresh and not sweet as traditional pizzas. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Very friendly staff that gave me a free bread from her sour bread, which was no surprise also delicious. 10/10
