During our family road trip from Santa Fe, NM, we were in search of a breakfast spot and decided to stop at Gordo's Café, which had received great reviews—rightfully so! I ordered the huevos rancheros with red sauce, which was milder than the green sauce. The service was fantastic, and we were pleasantly surprised by the low bill; it came to less than $100 for a party of seven, even after adding extras for the kids' breakfasts. They do add a 15% gratuity for larger groups, but it was well worth it. If you find yourself in Gallup, I highly recommend stopping by this restaurant!

OK so we went in and got a seat, and the bus boy got our drinks and menus, but the waitress walked by us 4 times and did not acknowledge us so I got her attention and asked if we could get a server.but about 10min of waiting a gentleman sat down and ordered from that server and he got his food before we even got to order...the owner came by and took order she was lovely, BUT! that sever is the reason for only 3 ...friendliness is godliness, that server didn't have it and oh yes that's why I didn't leave gratuity...!

We recently discovered the best new Mexican restaurant we've ever been to! The flavors were incredible, with the perfect amount of spiciness. The customer service was commendable, making it an authentic gem of a place. Our server, Britt, did an outstanding job.

Is one of the best to eat while in Gallup. Had the combination plate with red/green chile. Ill give this place a 10 if I can. But just like most great restaurants the parking is limited. The service was great and left full.

Great service. They make everything to order, including the Frybread, so don't expect your food quickly. It's worth the wait. I loved the Navajo Taco.
