Well I’d have to say it was interesting.. it was our 1st time dining there.. I ordered pulled pork with bake beans( or I think it was baked beans) sandwich was dry .. no sauce what so ever.. and my sister ordered the chicken breast sandwich with coleslaw and half serving baby back ribs .. no BBQ or any sauce.. was dry and burnt.. girl in front was not in a happy mood.. no welcome.. Nada .. 1st and last trip there .. that’s for sure Service: Dine in

Ordered pickup after being on the road all day. Went to pick up the food after placing our order and waiting 20 minutes when we were told they were all out of what we had initially ordered and we would need to pick something else. Picked something else and waited even longer for it. Finally get back to the hotel after a whole lot of waiting and one of the sandwiches was cold like it had been sitting and on top of that they forgot our fries in our bag so we're missing a side. Too tired to go back again and not even hungry at this point anymore.

The food was good. Portions were adequate. The person that took my order was sweet. The gentleman that gave me my order seemed surly. Maybe he was having a bad day, I told him thank you and received no reply. No thank you, no smile nothing. I said thank you again more loudly.. still nothing. Maybe this sounds like a silly complaint but it’s all about customer service. Food: 3
