Didn 't see her so the other waitress took our drink order and fo... read more Got seated and one waitress was waiting for our waitress Delilah to take our order and drinks. Didn 't see her so the other waitress took our drink order and food order. Wasn 't busy at the time. Maybe 4 other tables beside us around noon to 1pm. Onetable waiting to check out the others being helped by the other waitress. Our food came and I order the Regan burger mostlycause of the side of jelly beans. Waitress Delilah placed it and left. Some of the workers came out and to look out the doorwith her. Don 't know what that was about. Had to wave her down to get a refills on our drinks and ask about my jelly beans.After giving us our items she left and I noticed the other waitress working hard. Taking phone order and helping her tables.When people came in they just look around and left. About done with the meal then asked how or where we pay she said she 'll cashus out. When new customers came in waitress Delilah didn 't say anything or smile. No 'hello or we 'll be with you ' it was theother waitress that did. I counted at least 7 people on staff. The food is awesome but service needs a little work.

My Wife Son spent time looking at all the Memorabilia while waitingfor our order. I 've been here many times with my Mother when I was younger. Old Western Film Glamor!

Nice smiling friendly service, historical environment. The John Wayne burger is very good, you?ve got to tryit! We enjoyed walking around the hotel.

It's a place that you have to see, feel, and experience—it will leave a lasting impression. The atmosphere is filled with positive energy, and you can truly sense the rich history that is woven into the hotel. There’s an air of intrigue and mystery here; you never know what unexpected surprises might unfold around you. Be sure to take in your surroundings, as every detail is worth noticing. The staff is incredibly friendly and eager to share fascinating stories about the El Rancho Hotel, its legendary past, and its more recent experiences. I can't wait to return here multiple times in the future; I feel so fortunate to have discovered this place. A special thanks to my wonderful husband for finding it and suggesting we explore it!
