Took forever to get thru line. Tried to charge me for a different order, they found my order, but then gave me the first order they tried to charge me. I don't think they know what they are doing.

Walked in, waited at the order counter for 10 minutes with no service. She was alone taking care of the line of drive thru customers. We walked out with not so much as an acknowledgement that we were there waiting 10 feet from her.

Don 't ask for any special order (like no onions, pico de Gallo on the side) you won 't get it!! The 'snack queso quesadilla is more like JOKE quesadilla !!

I love Del Taco, too bad their closed at 9:20 when the sign clearly says 10pm and drive thru open 24 hours. I knocked on the door and the lady shouted we 're closed and I pointed to the sign that said 10:00 and rudely shouted closed again and thensaid something else that I didn 't understand.

Ordered 3 chicken quesadillas, fries and 2 drinks in drive thru $26! . After getting back on the road, discovered only 1 with chicken and 2 without chicken, not cut. Fries were not cooked, just hot on outside. This was 2pm on a Wed, and no other customers...wth This had to be done on purpose...why? Are these the type of people you hire to work there?
