I knocked on the door and the lady shouted we 're closed and I pointed to the sign that said 10:00 and rudely shouted closed again and thensaid something else that I didn 't understand.

The hamburger didn't taste right, and the Coke tasted like carbonated water. The only thing that was decent was the two tacos. Overall, I was not happy.

Ins... read more If I could give negative stars, I definitely would. We stopped at the Del Taco in Gallup, NM, on US 419 and stood at the counter waiting to place our order. Instead of taking our order, two young employees merely looked at us, said nothing, and continued whatever they were doing. There wasn't even a simple, "We'll be right with you." Feeling completely ignored, we decided to leave. It was a disappointing experience. We ended up at Wendy's, where the service was outstanding—definitely 5 stars!

I knocked on the door, and the woman inside shouted that they were closed. I pointed to the sign indicating 10 PM, but she rudely repeated that they were closed and then said something else that I couldn't make out.
