New Year's Eve dinner with delicious food and live music made for a perfect evening!
Food was excellent. The server started out fine then forgot about us after first course. Had to get our wine (which was already ordered) and check from the bartender. There were only two other tables so I don’t know where she disappeared to. An excellent young lady who was bussing tables served our food. I wish we could have left her the tip!
Menu's and food were like eating a a very very expensive diner. The lobster pot pie was a joke.
This is a house with a legend more than 100 years ago, on the first floor deck is the restaurant and bar…Upstairs is accommodation, rooms booked online a few days in advance. There was no one at the front desk of the hotel, so I found theenvelope with the name in the mailbox, and the key with the room number in the envelope. Old building, but the room is clean andno smell, the window can see the water view and boat. It's just so close to the road that the noise made it hard for me tosleep. I couldn't open the lid of the coffee machine and didn't see the waiter. Just stay for one night and leave. Maybe otherrooms won't have the same confusion.
Yikes! What happened to the restaurant situation?! I wish I could attach a smell to this rating because holy pinesol... or something just as gross. The prices? The selection? ???? 5 stars for our waitress! Get outta there before this place tanks!
