The hostess and the server were very kind and attentive. We will be back.

However, we only gave it 4 stars because we encountered a sewage smell in the small bar area where we wanted to start with a cocktail. Despite bringing it to the attention of the servers and the owner, the problem was not resolved. The owner seemed annoyed and oblivious to the issue, which was disappointing as we usually recommend this place to our friends. The servers and chef are amazing, but the unpleasant smell made us hesitant to recommend the restaurant. Fortunately, there are tables away from the bar area where the smell is not a problem. It's unfortunate that the owner did not address the issue properly. We have stayed at the Goldmoor several times and have enjoyed our visits, but this experience has made us reconsider our future visits.
