The customer service is excellent. You can always count on the consistent quality and timing of the meals prepared by the kitchen. This is my favorite restaurant in Galax. Additionally, with the Covid-19 protocols being properly followed, it feels safe to dine here while enjoying soothing music and a captivating atmosphere. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about St Vietnamese:
Upon arriving, I noticed the broken sign at the side entrance and was greeted by a menu featuring only about nine items. After descending a musty staircase, I found a window that overlooked a toaster oven. Unfortunately, no one came to take my order. I could attribute this to the effects of Covid, but that wouldn't be fair. Given that Galax isn't exactly a culinary hotspot, I had higher expectations. View all feedback.
Very fast and friendly service. All of their food is amazing, especially the banh mi. Definitely recommend!
We had an amazing experience at this Vietnamese restaurant, which offers excellent vegan options. My husband and I ordered the veggie pho, and our total bill, including drinks, was under $20. Highly recommended!
Had the pork noodles and the shrimp with noodles. We both really enjoyed our food! The waitress was very nice too!
Customer service is wonderful. You can always depend on the chef's consistency and timing with the meals. My favorite restaurant in all of Galax. And because Covid-19 protocols are met, safe to eat and enjoy soothing music or programs in acaptivating atmosphere.
Update: Food is still very good.....when you can get it. Posted hours seem to be more of a suggestion than anything else. We've called to try and get takeout the last two Saturdays in a row with no answer, no update on the Facebook page as to being closed,etc. This has happened MULTIPLE times, and is a little frustrating. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Galax!! TheKimchi tacos and bubble tea we got today were AMAZING! Consistently good food and super friendly people. I've NEVER had a badmeal from this restaurant. Highly recommend!
