138 pm every table in the bar area dirty except for the one they sat us at. No one bussing tables. Bartender taking care of bar and waiting tables. The rest leaned up against a desk and chatting. We have been here 20 mins. Now and no one is attempting to clean the tables. Not sure I want to eat here! Pray for us. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Short staffed. Hostess said 30 minute wait, had 10 open tables and made 10 plus people wait blocing the entrance. They said that the kitchen was backed up. It's the Sunday after Christmas and should have more help. You don't make customers wait at the entrance, seat them. If you are a GM or sever, you need to hustle or you'll lose customers. Don't make excuses, multitask and take care of the customer. Overall our server was very attentive, the food was hot and good. The GM was apologetic.
