I made the drive from Ocala to Gainesville this morning just to check out Uppercrust, and it was absolutely worth it. The staff were extremely friendly, the selection of baked goods and wines was remarkable, and the croissants were simply flawless. We will definitely be returning to Uppercrust!
Without a doubt, this is the finest French pastry shop in North Florida, and I truly mean that. The croissants are exceptional, and I have complete faith that everything I try here will be of the highest quality. It’s reassuring to know I can visit whenever I have a craving for a delicious croissant or a scrumptious scone.
The restaurant offers a fantastic selection of freshly baked breads and pastries. My top pick is definitely the ham and cheddar quiche; although I’ve tasted other options, this one stands out as my favorite. It’s light and packed with flavor. I also tried a chocolate croissant, and it was absolutely delightful.
This is my absolute favorite place to eat in gainesville!! Their pastries are to die for!
Had the turkey and goat cheese French rose and it was one of the best things I've ever eaten ! Will definitely be coming back to get it again !!
