The Bakery Mill - Feedback

What User doesn't like about The Bakery Mill:
To be honest, I've been pretty disappointed with the Bakery Mill every time our business orders lunch in from here. Eaten their food about 5 times and it's always a bit underwhelming. Soggy/stale fries, soggy/soft tomato slices, meat is okay, bread toasted nicely, but nothing special. I really wish the food was better, because it's so close to my work. It just lacks flavor. So delicious. I prefer the muffins (which are huge, I eat only half at a time when that) or a breakfast sandwich on a croissant. My husband says her cookies and Gravy are fantastic. They have a decent variety, especially so small. Staff are all nice and attentive, and always cuddling. The atmosphere is like a diner, but not so loud (depending on how many males are there).
