They have a wide range of flavors and each one I have had so far is great. They are very nutritious and low cal. If you arelooking for a tasty shake that is filling, this is the place to go

They have a lot of unusual flavors for a nutrition smoothie (e.g., mint chocolate chip, white chocolate peanut butter cup, etc. . Amazing how they make healthy stuff taste like dessert (and thesmoothies really do taste just like they sound . The owner, Perry, is very nice. My one tip (keep forgetting to mention when Ivisit would be to get some plastic smoothie straws. They offer paper and plastic for the teas, but only paper for thesmoothies, and my paper smoothie straw is always a soggy mess at the top by the time I get home, at which point I switch it outfor one of my own. It would also be nice to be able to pay less for just a smoothie (their system is: aloe choice tea choice optional tea bomb for extra shake , although I don 't really mind, because the teas are quite good too.

Not only are their shakes super tasty and filling, as well as their teas refreshing, but also just an amazing environment to refuel your day. From smiley faceson your cup to the smiling faces of its shake baristas , Impulse gives you the positivity and energy you need to keep goingevery day. They will do everything they can to make you have the best experience there every day, from making your food withlove to remembering your go-to orders. Perry and Georgia are specially amazing, making sure to always make everyone 's day whowalks through their door. Going there after classes and before work is amazing, giving me a break from stress and tasks withhappiness and good vibes. I am so glad I ran into this small shop downtown, because not only has it made my diet better, butalso my life as a whole. Go try them out if you haven 't yet!
