Great place! It was my first time there, and I was the last customer to receive my food. It was fantastic! I had a wonderful meal, and I wish I had caught the name of the server who brought it out.
We had the best experience here today dining in. My coworkers and I are on a medical transport with a resident who has to have pureed foods/soft foods. I believe it was the manager that went out of her way to make sure we had food our resident could eat, and gave us an extra drink cup for her to help us as well. You rarely see someone go so above and beyond expectations, and I wish I knew her name(I believe it started with an S) so I could thank her properly.
If I could give this place more stars I would!! Everyone there from the time we walked in was wonderful, happy and helpful. I had a problem with my onion rings and with a smile they made it right. When we left we were told 4 times by different workers bye, have a great day, thank you for coming in. AMAZING FOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! GOOD JOB GAINESVILLE ON THIS LOCATION.
