What a disappointing experience! I took some friends from out of town to Copper Monkey for lunch around 2:30 today, as we usually love this place. However, today was a complete disaster. The host was unwelcoming, which is unusual for us. After being seated, we waited ten minutes before we asked if we could be served. The host said he would check on it, but another ten minutes went by with no one coming to our table. To make matters worse, people who were seated after us were already being served. We ended up leaving. It was awful! Service rating: 1.
