In major Chinatowns like those in NYC, DC, Boston, Chicago, and China itself, I have found few competitors when it comes to using fresh ingredients in their dishes. One standout example is the orange chicken, which contains visible pieces of orange peel in the sauce. I have dined at China 88 multiple times and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend trying their dishes - they are both awesome and delicious.
