The food was hot. The staff was nice enough. The speaker, although we order with an automated system... Checker or another fast food place looking at human labor has won?t drive my business forward. And for a game night they almost had no business because this is a hit or Miss Store on the food.

I had to search online for... read more I wish I could give this company negative stars. I placed a delivery order through their app, but somehow it got marked as a pickup. I had to search online for their phone number, and they seem completely inept—unable to cancel my order for me to fix the mistake! Their app doesn't show any orders, order numbers, or any helpful information whatsoever. I'm seriously considering calling my bank to report Checkers for fraud. I'm just trying to help others avoid this frustrating experience!

I... read more ^ stood on the window for 10 minutes. Only 1 vehicle was in the drive thru, a person made food. A lady was in the back of the building and talked to someone. I started blowing a melody to get attention. I looked in both windows and in the camera. I finally tapped the window. Guess what? The man added products to the bins and the conversation continued in the back. I think this is a good way to get a business closed. I finally left after I was wasting my time. Good luck when you visit this place. You may call ahead to arrange an appointment for the cooler conversation. Good luck
