The seating area... read more For years, we've been enjoying meals at this restaurant. The staff is very friendly, and the food is both beautifully presented and delicious. The seating area could use a little attention, especially the floor—it could really benefit from a good sweeping. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The customer service at this restaurant is outstanding, with Steve also providing excellent service. Together, they and their team offered us the best customer service experience we've had in a long time. We were in town for a funeral and needed a quick bite before heading out, and this turned out to be the cleanest Bojangles we’ve ever visited. The food was fresh, and everything tasted fantastic. We ordered a dozen Bo'Berry Biscuits to take home to our daughter, and Steve made sure they were freshly made for us before we left. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal, and we will definitely be back. We can’t wait to visit Steve and his wife Rosemary again. A big thank you to their wonderful team for making our experience so special!

We've eaten at this location in Gainesville three times, and each visit has been pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was hot and fresh, and they even brought it to our table. The restaurant was clean, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. I will definitely return. Great food and wonderful people!

Exactly how customer service should be. Order was perfect, fresh and tasty. You can tell that crew works together well, just in observation.
