Parked, jaylynn handed me my order, and I was given a medium sized onion rings. Told her I ordered a large size, and she said (with a snooty attitude) “you were given what you ordered, the onion rings come in medium as largest size available” She didn’t inform me that when I ordered, or I would have kept the fries, I was HUNGRY! I decided not to argue with her this point because they were busy and I wanted to eat Hardee’s, I suggest you first of all, train employees to be polite and 2nd, be a bit more informative to customers when they are ordering food. Food was hot and fresh, deducting stars based on jaylynn’s bad attitude btw ma’am, smile, it doesn’t hurt!

The food tasted great and was hot but in the last few bites of my burger is where most of the lettuce was, and it was apparently not washed bc I got a mouth full of dirt. I would have went back and complained in person but we have plans tonight and are on the way to them. I am very disappointed in my experience at your restaurant, I couldn't finish my burger completely lost my appetite!!!!

Anyway, the mushroom Swiss burger hits like a mofo yall. If you like mushrooms, go get you some of that. They got this gravy sauce thatmelts into the Swiss cheese, and those thick burger patties they using got erbody beat, can I get a amen? I guess they are shortstaffed because their dining room has been closed a while now. Once we Paid at the drive thru window, it took about 4 or 5minutes to get our food. Which ain't bad considering there was only 3 folks in there working,that I could see. Anyway, the foodwas hot and the order was correct, the overworked and underpaid and underappreciated staff was friendly and polite. The man atthe window hands were very clean too because I always be checking people who handle my foods hands. Grocery sto, liquor sto,fast food sto, restaurant sto.... I be lookin.... mmmm hmmm So when you be hawngry in Attalla, and you ain't gots no time fostoppin and goin in... go get chu some Hardee's over by Wally... they'll take care of yo growls. ???? ????

I was met by the manager Cheyenne who greeted us with a big smile and said “welcome to Hardee’s!” I have not been there before so I asked her about the menu options. She described the differentoptions that I may like. Cheyenne told me that I wouldn’t be disappointed with their food. The counter service was excellent.I couldn’t ask for a more friendlier staff. Keep up the great work!
