I recently visited the KFC on the south side of Alabama and ordered the 12-piece meal with 3 sides. At the window, I was informed they only had 3 breasts and 8 wings available. When I asked if they were preparing more chicken, I was told it would take 15 to 18 minutes, so we decided to wait. After receiving our food and heading home, I checked my order and realized I only received 8 pieces of chicken instead of the 12 I paid for. Additionally, the mac and cheese was very dry and seemed like it was scraped from the bottom of the container. The staff was quite unfriendly and didn’t smile once. I won’t be returning to this location, but if you decide to go, good luck.
I ordered and paid for my meal at the restaurant. After waiting for 10 minutes while everyone else in my group received their meals, I asked about mine. The cashier appeared skeptical about whether I had actually placed an order or paid, despite me having a receipt. They then questioned if I had received my food but had mistakenly eaten it and become confused.
This was the most disappointing fast food experience I've ever had. I was asked to move to the drive-thru because my order wasn't ready. I had ordered a two-piece meal with fries and a drink, and was initially told to expect a 5-minute wait. However, I ended up waiting 15 minutes before I decided to go inside and check on my order, only to discover that they had completely forgotten about it. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, I finally received two chicken legs and a drink, but they still couldn't provide my fries and biscuit. The woman in front of me mentioned she had been waiting for 35 minutes. Despite having at least seven employees in the kitchen, it was clear that this location needs significant improvement. They should consider giving another franchise a chance because this experience was far from satisfactory.
I’m thrilled to have the chance to eat at this restaurant again. There was a minor mix-up with our side dishes (which might have been my mistake), but the staff quickly fixed it, and we had a fantastic meal. Thank you!
Ordered and paid for food. After waiting for 10 minutes and everyone else in my party getting their food, we asked about mine and the cashier didn't want to believe i ordered or paid for anything despite having a receipt.
