I ordered a pizza and paid at 5:33 PM, but I didn’t receive my pizza until 6:10 PM. There was no explanation for the long wait. When I think of a fast food chain, I expect my food to be ready much quicker, ideally within 30 minutes. View all feedback.
TERRIBLE!!!! I am so disappointed. Ordered a double chicken diva. The pizza really looked sad, NO SPRING ONIONS, JUST TIRED RED PEPPERS. I couldn't even eat it. You are taking advantage of your customers, you don't even pick up the phone. You should be ashamed of your poor service. You can do better
Had the WORST experience with this store, I placed an order online and paid for it online at 20:45. Its the next morning 09:30 and i still haven't received my order, I called several times and was promised that it's on its way. Is it getting shipped for another country? So disappointed. The only helpful person there was the manager Khabonina who called to apologize and sorted my order out, she also followed up on the service.
Disaster! The pizza was under cooked! Had to place in my oven for 5 minutes to cook it properly. This was the last straw, previously I had resorted to buying my pizza elsewhere as Debonairs at Wonderpark service horrible and their pizzas were always under cooked We had to use their services due to lockdown and it was just as disappointing. This was my second order and the first online order the pizza was delivered with the box stuck to my pizza!! No more!!
If they feel threefold decker from wonderpark u that they eat their money
It wasn't the war I expected it wasn't nice at all, even the child didn't enjoy.
