Perfection on a plate!! This must be one of the best culinary experiences you may have. Chef Chantel Dartnall is an exceptional, humble cooker! The passion with which she and her staff present their masterful pieces of art will blow you away. If you want to experience a small piece of the sky, then the restaurant you should visit is it without comparison.
Amazing food. Every dish was an art piece on a plate. Each course was delicious, immaculately prepared and artistically presented. Chef Chantal is a master of her craft! A restaurant experience he didn't miss!
What a breathtaking and impeccable place! You must stay at The Orient Hotel and then enjoy the fine culinary experience at the Restaurant Mosaic. The staff is very friendly. The Chef Chantel came and greeted us at our table. The food was divine. Full taste and presented in world-class standards. Enjoyed everything that was served. The only one who let me down was the long waiting period between the courts. Waiting 20 min between each course made me feel filled and that was after only the third course. Then there were 5 courses to get through. But the food was really amazing, just wish that the time between the courses could be minimized to not give your stomach the time to calm down and feel well fed. The hotel in it has amazing decoration so you feel like you in Morocco or somewhere exotic. It has 2 breathtaking art galleries worth a visit.
I don't even have the words to describe how amazing the experience at Restaurant Mosaic is. The service is absolutely impeccable, the food is wild and strange and delicious and well thought out. Each dish is like a work of art. The wine pairings are absolutely perfect, Moses the sommelier is a genius.
