I've eaten at the cold springs Ky location before. Most tines its satisfactory to pretty good. Tonight 6/1/24. Who ever made the Philly steak w/Mayo pizza sauce for Teresa, knocked it out of the park! I tried calling back to get a name but the line was busy. The sub was ridiculously oily, so even when it is wrapped, don't sit it on anything that will stain... like your clothes. The fries are always burnt, and you can taste the old grease. View all feedback.
They used to make a good Philly cheese steak. Not any more. They've skipped and cheapened the meat so much, meat kinda scarce on your sandwich. I will never return.
Burnt fries, rude managers messed up sandwhich. Never see me back at this location again, food WAY to expensive to be dealing w/ all that.

Top-notch service with very friendly staff. Generous portions.
I liked this branch! Very good customer service and the food was delicious.. will be back again.
