It's not the best fast food but also not the worst. They could do a better job cleaning the floors was slick and needed moping and the bathroom could use some attention. Chicken was good and fresh and the biscuit was good. View all feedback.
What Gabrielle Honeycutt doesn't like about Jack's:
The staff here was friendly but it was very slow service. The food was a little bit old tasting. Like it had been sitting for a while and had been reheated. We only ordered 2 sausage biscuits and one of the sausage patties was really hard in one spot. But it was right at the breakfast to lunch change over. Other wise the staff was very friendly. Today had to be the worse day for service at Fyffe jacks. Me and my wife came thru the drive thru and ordered “2” number 2 combos with lg coke. We get to the window pay for it, get 2 lg cokes and 1 combo. Go back to the restaurant and they gave us 2 burgers and 1 fry, and this was the manager. Good grief get it
