the type lets me think of a spiritual narzissist, without talking interrupting, even if you do not occur in which you speak, gives unrequested advice, full of contradictions. We really enjoyed our sandwiches juice. Fresh high quality ingredients used very tasty bread, avocado, salmon, hummus, tomatoes, passion fruit herbs. Probably the best sandwiches we’ve had in a long time! Not only did we thoroughly enjoy the food, but the ‘Vantastic’ experience was fab too. Entertaining funny stories from Ruben, along with interesting information about the food. Highly recommend a visit! Thank you! Tara Terry :

I had the hummus sandwich and salad of the day and let me tell you, it’s the tastiest thing I ever had!! The ingredients are so fresh and flavorful and there are so many of them, especially in the salad, yet they go perfectly well together. Both were made to order, not pre made. And the guy who owns the truck is so friendly. His goal is to simply make good food and make people smile! This place is a must!

The hummus sandwich was good, and so was the fresh juice. The place is not fully vegan nor vegetarian, as it also offers salmon sandwiches. The owner is very friendly, a bit too much so, he will embark into a 20 minutes monologue while preparing the sandwich, which could be charming, if not a bit much if you’re not in the mood for it.
While waiting for my sandwich to be freshly made, I had a nice chat with the owner. The conversation and the sandwich was good what more do you want? :

At least one of the seldom places in Madeira where you can eat fresh vegan food with good Price Performance racio. The owner is very authentical, with lots of humour and talks a lot to you very entertaining. The hummus bread was very tasty and fresh. Fresh self made Hummus, tomatoes, salad, and much avocado. Also the soft walnut bread matches very good with other ingredients. The perfect meal you get with the healthy juice of the day. After eating you feel good and fresh .
Sandwich was very good, chia pudding was so tasty and the van operator is super attentive. The wait was a bit longer than expected but the other points made up for it.

Super Super Super ! Vantastic truly lives up to its name! We had an amazing experience at this food truck. The vegan options here are outstanding, and we couldn't resist trying the hummus sandwich, juice of the day, and vegan salad. The hummus sandwich was a flavor explosion, with the creaminess of the hummus perfectly complemented by fresh veggies and hearty walnut bread. The juice of the day was so refreshing, and the vegan salad was a vibrant mix of flavors and textures, especially the mushrooms ! What makes Vantastic truly special, though, is the friendly guy who runs it. He's not only a master in the kitchen but also incredibly welcoming and attentive to his customers. We felt right at home! If you're looking for delicious vegan fare served with a side of excellent service, Vantastic is the place to be. We can't wait to return and explore more of their fantastic menu. A nice looking foodtruck attracts attention among the very classically serious appearance of the premises in the near and distant surroundings. The same person collects orders, prepares and serves dishes. These are mainly sandwiches, juices and salads. The waiting in line is usually quite long. The vegetables are cut while the dish is being prepared virtually everything is done from scratch. In the meantime, however, it is impossible to complain about boredom. The food truck operator talks to customers about life and what they do, and in front of my eyes he provoked exchanges of business cards between numerous guests, himself being a customer of the services they offer. It was a fantastic experience that made me feel... well, better? The food itself was okay. As in most places in Madeira, I missed something special introducing a sauce, a meat substitute or anything else that would be more than just the basic placement of ingredients on the bread. Nevertheless, I recommend it the price is fair and the atmosphere of the place is nice.
