Freshly made to order hummus sandwiches. I believe he also does chia pots. The care and attention that goes into his food is obvious. Updated from previous review on 2022-08-02
The hummus sandwich was good, and so was the fresh juice. The place is not fully vegan nor vegetarian, as it also offers salmon sandwiches. The owner is very friendly, a bit too much so, he will embark into a 20 minutes monologue while preparing the sandwich, which could be charming, if not a bit much if you’re not in the mood for it.
