The owner is very fr... read more The hummus sandwich was good, and so was the fresh juice. The place is not fully vegan nor vegetarian, as it also offers salmon sandwiches. The owner is very friendly, a bit too much so, he will embark into a 20 minutes monologue while preparing the sandwich, which could be charming, if not a bit much if you’re not in the mood for it.
